Prior to training as a coach, Yvonne was a Chartered Accountant working at a senior level in a global practise.

She led teams and worked closely with senior individuals in client organisations. During this time she became fascinated by the individual career and leadership journeys of those she worked with.

Yvonne qualified as an Executive Business coach in 2008 at the prestigious Myles Downey School of coaching.

Yvonne now coaches senior and high-potential individuals across all sectors, helping them to develop leadership impact, gain insight into career challenges, build emotional intelligence and use internal and external networks to progress.

Yvonne is particularly interested in helping individuals cope with change and learning how to move forward in times of transition.
