Yvonne helped me set some short term professional goals which lead to a long term career goal. During this process I was thankful for her ability to analyse a situation thoroughly. Yvonne has a natural way of teasing out what is important. It was evident that she understood my role and the level of support at work. She fostered independence in me by helping to create realistic solutions that were specific to my abilities and interests. She also provided support between meetings to ensure a certain amount of momentum was taking place toward meeting the goals.

The sessions with Yvonne were a real catalyst that enabled me to zero in on the things in my life that are most important to me, and to identify the elements which needed changing. I appreciated her manner, approach and above all her incisive questions and intelligent suggestions. I never once got a patronising comment or unhelpful platitude. Yvonne always kept the discussion relevant and moving along at a good pace.

I have had to deal with some difficult staffing issues recently and in this respect I have found our coaching sessions to be invaluable.

Her relaxed style allows me the freedom to highlight and explore potential roadblocks and opportunities, effectively drawing on her experience to know when to switch between coach and mentor. Yvonne adopts a highly professional, proactive approach to her work, where a trust relationship is quickly established.
